Pricing  

The pricing of products contained in this website are subject to change at any time such as discounts or increases for a variety of reasons.  For example Steel prices are effected by the world market price which flucuates daily.  The pricing information shown may be subject to taxes and other charges when purchasing products from this website.  All prices include GST for Australian buyers.  Shipping charges are added to your purchase when you reach the checkout process.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The information on this website will be used for pricing and the invoicing of your order.

Terms of Use 

Buying
 

Shopping at Screwbits is easy.  Just register your details and away you go!  Simply click the 'view' button to enlarge the items that interest you and when you have decided to purchase add them to your shopping cart by selecting the 'Add to cart' button.  Each item will be added to your shopping cart and once you are ready to purchase simply select the 'checkout' button and you will be taken to the checkout process.  Here you will have the option of several secure payment methods online or offline - see payment methods.  All prices include GST.

You will then be sent an email immediately after you have purchased items from this website displaying the details of your purchase for your own personal record. This way you can ensure all details are correct and you can ‘contact us’ if you have any concerns. If you find that any of your personal details are incorrect you can logon to our website and click 'amend details' to change your registered information.

Our Guarantee  

We guarantee that you will enjoy our quality products and we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and hassle free as possible.  All items sent have been quality assured.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we will offer an exchange for a more suitable item or issue a refund only if the item/s are returned within 10 days in their absolute original condition and without damage. 

Our sole aim is to provide you with quality products and exceptional service.  We ask that you email support staff and briefly explain your reasons for wanting to exchange or return an item. 
 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning or exchanging items the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

Order Cancellation

If you decide you want to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours. Your order details will be held for 30 days at Screwbits if you decide not to pay immediately.  Please keep in mind, your order will not be despatched until payment has been accepted.

Faulty Items

Screwbits will replace or refund any item which has any visible manufacturing faults.  Please contact support staff at Screwbits before returning any items.  Items which are identified as faulty and are to be exchanged or refunded will not incur additional shipping charges to the customer.  Faulty items will only be refunded or exchanged if they are returned within 10 days Australia wide.
